Appearance: it shows a slightly cloudy amber color and a white, fine and compact but not very persistent foam. The diaphanousness is good.

Olfactory hints: the hops used Simcoe, Citra and HBC dominate the scene with delicate notes of rose, herbs, summer fruitiness, peach and melon, tropical, passion fruit kiwi and mango, citrus, grapefruit, orange and lemon, and pine resin. A slight spiciness and a honeyed note are also perceptible.

Body and taste: with a light and round body and medium carbonation, on the palate it shows notes of caramelized malt immediately followed by the irrepressible bitterness of the hops which give an aromatic and floral flavor already detected on the nose.

Final: dry and bitter. A decidedly hoppy beer, fresh and drinkable, refreshing, in perfect American Pale Ale style.

Curiosity: Dead Pony Club is a beer that falls under the style called "Californian Pale Ale": it is a branch of the American Pale Ale, which in turn takes its cue from the English "Ale", but using American ingredients. It is a beer that owes its strength to the use of a generous amount of aromatic hops with medium carbonation.

It has a beautiful clear golden yellow color with abundant foam supported by small bubbles that give it a creamy appearance. Good durability and adhesion to the walls of the glass. A bouquet rises to the nose that opens with caramelized notes then reveals itself as strongly fruity with sweet and ripe tropical fruit with plenty of citrus. The taste makes us appreciate a medium-bodied beer with a strong carbonation, the bitterness of the hops which is well present throughout the sip and the vegetal notes are partly balanced by the sweet biscuity tones of the malt. The alcohol, even if present at 5.6%, is not immediately sensitive and is perceived in the dry closure together with resinous notes.
